Bathurst Golf Vets report for Monday February 5

Hi everyone,

The weather may have cool down, but the golf run hot at the Bathurst Monday vets game today with players needing to score 33 points just to get a ball on the ball sweep.

We are having a number of visiting vets from Lithgow who are really taking a liking to our golf course with some very good scores on a regular basis and today was not exception with Ted Healey returning the best score of the day with 43 points to take out first place.

Brian Little had an excellent score of 41 points but unfortunately had to settle for second place.

The three-way countback was required to determine the minor places when Gary Miles, Darren Healey and Danny Gooley all returned scores of 38 points. When the dust settled, the computer gave Gary 3rd place, Darren 4th and unfortunately for Danny he had to settle for a ball on the ball sweep.

As mentioned earlier the ball sweep went down to 33 points and the nearest to the pin balls went to Grahame Cranston on the 4th, Ted Healey on the 8th, Darre Healey on the 13th and Brian little on the 16th.

Vouchers and ball sweep results.
