Bathurst Golf vets’ results for Monday October 13
Hi everyone,
It appears that quite a few of the golfing vets used their free time on the long weekend to tune up their golf game if today’s scores are any indication of it.
Out of a field of 42 players you needed 40 points to get in the winner’s podium. When the game was over, we finished up with Troy Swadling, Brian Hope, Michelle Kingham and Garry Pomeroy all scoring 40 points. Thankfully we have a computer to work out the countbacks and it decided that Troy Swadling was first, Brian Hope was second, Michelle Kingham was third and Garry Pomeroy took out fourth place.
The ball sweep went down to 35 points and the nearest to the pin winners were David Titcume on the 4th, Brian Hope on the 8th, George Schymko on the 13th and Darren Healey on the 16th.
